Police have conducted a search warrant and dismantled an alleged Nomads OMCG clubhouse in Sydney's southwest.
In April 2025, officers attached to the State Crime Command's Raptor Squad commenced an investigation after individuals known to be members and associates of the Nomads OMCG were allegedly using a premises in Yennora as an unlicensed clubhouse.
About 7.30pm on Friday 6 June 2025, Raptor Squad with the assistance of the Dog Unit, Rescue and Bomb Disposal Unit, State Intelligence Command and prosecutors attached to Operation Legal Services Command – executed a search warrant at a premises on Dursley Road Yennora.
During the search, police located 12 individuals allegedly identified as members and associates of the Nomads OMCG gathered at the premises. Officers located and seized ledgers, a quantity of cash, alcohol, and unlicensed bar equipment.
All individuals were issued warnings for consorting, and three defect notices were issued for two vehicles at the location.
A 41-year-old man was issued a Court Attendance Notice for possess / attempt to prescribe restricted substance and will appear before Liverpool Local Court on Wednesday 9 July 2025.
Inquiries are ongoing under the Restricted Premises Act, Gaming and Liquor Administration Act and the Liquor Act with the potential for additional offences to be identified as investigations continue.
