Council is considering a request from the community to implement parking restrictions to address noise and safety concerns on a short section of the Goulburn Valley Highway in Thornton, adjacent to property 1603 Goulburn Valley Highway and the Goulburn River.
We are proposing to implement 'no standing' parking restrictions between 8.00 pm to 7.00 am and install 'no camping' signage in this area.
