Residential Aged Care Facilities Direction, South Australia

The Emergency Management (Residential Aged Care Facilities Direction No 40) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 has been revoked and replaced by the Emergency Management (Residential Aged Care Facilities Direction No 39) (COVID-19) Direction 2021. This came into effect at 4:57pm on 10 August 2021.

From September 17, 2021, all staff, contractors or volunteers at a Residential Aged Care Facility is required to have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, or has evidence or a booking to receive the second dose.

All those who enter Residential Aged Care Facilities must have the 2021 Influenza vaccine to enter.
