"Lockdown can be such an isolating and stressful time, especially when we are juggling working from home, school and managing ever-changing restrictions," Mayor Byrne said.

"Stresses and worries can take its toll on us both physically and mentally.

"More than ever we need to take care of ourselves and that may include seeking extra support to help us through this difficult time.

"Council will be sharing these helpful tips across our social media pages," Mayor Byrne said.

"There's some great tips on keeping active in small spaces, healthy cooking and ways to enjoy time away from our screens.

"I commend Western Sydney Local Health District on their latest initiative. It's a tough time, and we all need to work together, support one another and play our part," Mayor Byrne added.
