Revised immigration specification published

You can now view the revised immigration specification to reflect the changes that are being introduced by the Nationality and Borders Act 2022.

These changes come into force on 1 April 2023. We are running training webinars for providers on 8 and 9 March 2023 to help bring them up to speed. These will cover:

  • changes to the Immigration and Asylum Specification on 1 April 2023 and how to bill new work

  • changes to controlled legal representation for immigration and asylum work

  • reduced escape fee threshold for immigration and asylum work

We are also working on updated guidance which will be available soon.
