Roadworks Fortnightly Update

Find out where road reconstruction, flood recovery works, pothole patching and maintenance grading is taking place across the MidCoast.

This fortnightly update is a guide to MidCoast Council roadworks and maintenance projects that are ongoing or scheduled to take place over the next two weeks. With wet weather about, there may be changes to the works program, with delayed starts on some works.
Drivers may experience minor traffic delays at some of these locations.
The pothole patching crew are scheduled to be at the following locations; Scone Road, Bulga Road, Cundletown, Harrington Streets, Tinonee Streets, Lansdowne Road, Tea Gardens area, various sites across Gloucester (The Bucketts Way East/West and Thunderbolts Way), Mill Creek Rd, Gap Hill Rd and Water St and Short St, Forster.
General maintenance work will take place at the following locations; Reseal program - various locations; Stormwater pit repairs Tuncurry area, Kerb and Gutter repairs Taree, Street Sweeping - various streets, Signage - various locations, Drainage maintenance Smiths Lake area, The Bucketts Way East shoulder/drainage maintenance.
Roadside vegetation management will occur at the following locations; Wallanbah Road, Blackflat Lane, Caparra Road, Bulahdelah area, Booral Road, The Bucketts Way south and Lakes Way south of Forster.
Maintenance grading of unsealed roads will be undertaken at the following locations; Mooral Creek Road, Woosters Lane, Candoormakh Creek Road, Springhill Road, Gibsons Lane, Bangalow Road, Moto Road, Comboyne Road, Wootton Area, Fords Road, Gunns Gully Road, Ebsworth Road, Tigrah Road and Kauthi Road.
Construction projects coming up include; Railway Street Taree – Reconstruction, Lansdowne Road Segment 240 – Reconstruction, The Bucketts Way Krambach – Reconstruction, Coolongolook Footpath and Redhead Road.
Natural disaster work taking place includes; Thunderbolts Way Gloryvale Bridge.
