Robbery with violence investigation, Forest Lake

Police are investigating a robbery with violence at Forest Lake this afternoon.

Initial information indicates around 5pm four men arrived at a Ballandean Court address and a disturbance ensued.

Investigators will allege the men demanded the occupants of the home hand over an e-scooter, and when they refused an altercation occurred where the victims armed themselves with shovels and the men produced knives.

Three victims from the home sustained puncture wounds and were transported to hospital, one was seriously injured.

A dog residing at the property was allegedly stabbed during the incident and emergency vet treatment is being sought for it.

With the assistance of Polair, three men were taken into custody at nearby Pringle and Oldbury Place without incident.

The men are assisting police with their inquiries.

Investigations continue and police call for witnesses with relevant dashcam or CCTV to come forward.
