Swan Hill Rural City Council is delighted that the new Robinvale Adventure Playground is completed and extend an invitation to the community to attend an official opening on Thursday, 4 September 2025 at 3.30pm.
Council's Mayor, Cr Stuart King said that the playground was a key initiative of the Robinvale Riverfront Masterplan.
"Robinvale Nature and Adventure Playground is now a vibrant and inclusive space that families, visitors and the wider community can enjoy. It features a double twist slide, a play tower with an all-abilities accessible ramp, an all-abilities swing and a junior Murray Cod play structure. Children can explore interactive play elements, water-play features, a tunnel mound, sandpit, swings and bounce pads, all connected by landscaped footpaths.
"The precinct also incorporates shade sails, unique lily pad shade shelters, and newly planted trees to provide natural shade as they grow," he said.
Cr King said the completion of the playground represented a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of Robinvale's riverfront precinct.
"Council is proud to deliver such an inclusive and welcoming space for our community.
"This project is a lasting investment that will benefit local families and visitors for many years to come.
