Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke today with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot. The Secretary and Foreign Minister discussed the urgent need for a humanitarian ceasefire in Sudan, agreed to continue cooperation on diplomatic efforts to end the Russia-Ukraine war, and agreed to continue implementing President Trump's peace plan for Gaza.
