This evening, the Samuel De Champlain Bridge will be lit up in blue and white from sunset to 1:00 a.m. for the national tribute ceremony to Les Cowboys Fringants singer Karl Tremblay and to recognize his great contribution to Quebec and French-Canadian culture.
