The mystery disappearance of his Facebook posts appears to be linked to the current dispute between Facebook and the Federal Government.
Mr Scully has not been advised or informed by Facebook that his Facebook page and posts had been removed earlier today, or the reasons for it.
"I am a bit mystified as to why I have been personally caught up in the Facebook war with the Federal Government.
"I certainly haven't posted anything on my Facebook page which would make Donald Trump blush, so I can't quite understand why my posts have been removed.
"I hope Facebook is able to restore my Facebook page and posts as quickly as possible", he said.
Mr Scully's other social media platforms remain unaffected.
