Victoria Police is seeking public assistance to locate registered sex offender Christopher Empe, Victoria Police sayy
The 46-year-old is required to wear a GPS bracelet, which he has removed and has been located in the vicinity of Baddiginnie.
The wearing of this bracelet is part of his obligations under the Serious Offenders Act.
Police believe that Empey may be in the Mansfield area however have been unable to locate him at this time.
It is believed Empey may be riding a yellow 2005 Suzuki DR650 motorcycle registration GD531.
Police have released an image of Empey in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information about his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Empey is urged to contact triple zero (000) immediately.
