Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke today with Dominican Republic Foreign Minister Víctor Bisonó Haza to congratulate him on his new role and reaffirm the strong U.S.-Dominican Republic partnership. The Secretary underscored the importance of secure and trusted digital infrastructure to strengthen economic resilience and support regional security. They discussed expanding bilateral trade and investment, including new opportunities for U.S. companies to contribute to the Dominican Republic's continued economic growth through transparent, mutually beneficial partnerships.
