About 11pm on Monday 17 August 2020, a man – armed with a firearm – entered licensed premises on Balgownie Road, Balgownie, and allegedly threatened two employees.
The man demanded cash before leaving the scene on a motorcycle and riding north on Church Street.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
Officers from Wollongong Police District attended and commenced an investigation.
As part of ongoing investigations, a 32-year-old man was charged earlier this month. He remains before the courts.
