Homicide Squad detectives have charged a second person following the death of a woman in Springvale last month.
An 18-year-old Noble Park woman was arrested today and has been charged with being an accessory to a serious indictable offence.
She has been bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 4th April.
A 20-year-old Springvale man was arrested in the Melbourne CBD on 14 February and has been charged with murder.
The charge follows an incident on Thursday, 10 February where a 41-year-old Springvale woman was located deceased inside her Glendale Road address.
The parties involved in the matter were known to each other and police are not looking for anyone else at this time.
