The Secretary highlighted President Trump's commitment to achieving lasting peace in Ukraine and welcomed Finland's support in this endeavor. Secretary Rubio expressed gratitude for Finland's significant contributions to European security, to include Finland's decision to increase defense spending, and our ongoing cooperation on icebreakers.
