Strike Force Vulcan officers are seeking information from the public to assist with their investigation into a series of scrub fires in the area and surrounds of The Spectacles between Thursday 16 November and Tuesday 12 December 2023.
Fifteen scrub fires have been reported to, and extinguished by, Department of Fire and Emergency Services. Each of these fires had the potential to rapidly spread and become a threat to persons and property.
Strike Force Vulcan officers urge any members of the community living in the area who have seen any suspicious persons, vehicles or activity, to provide the information to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via www.crimestopperswa.com.au.

Rewards of up to $25,000 are available for information that leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist.
