Major Crash Investigators are investigating a serious hit and run crash that occurred in Beaconsfield on Monday 28 December 2020.
Around 7:00pm a blue Yamaha motorcycle travelling east on South Street collided with an unknown vehicle at the intersection with Solomon Street.
The unknown vehicle has failed to stop following the crash and fled the scene.
The rider of the Yamaha, a man in his 40s, was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital with serious non-life-threatening injuries.
