Conveniently located at 58-60 Chapman Road Geraldton, the new service centre replaces the previous office across-the-road on the corner of Forrest and Chapman Road.
Service centre manager Vanessa says Geraldton locals can now benefit from our services, from a state of the art office, designed with customer needs front of mind.
"We're so pleased to have a fresh new space to provide support to the local community," Vanessa said.
"The service centre's contemporary layout and upgraded facilities mean customers will find it even easier to access support, payments and services.
"Centrelink customers who like certainty around the time they can speak with a staff member face-to-face or over the phone can now call their regular payment line to book an appointment at the new Geraldton service centre."
The new service centre at 58-60 Chapman Rd, Geraldton is conveniently located nearby the previous location and public parking facilities are available.
It is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
