Seville Grove armed robbery arrest

Regional Investigations Unit detectives have charged a 31-year-old man as a result of their investigation into an armed robbery incident in Seville Grove on Tuesday, 6 April 2021.

Around 6.15am, it is alleged the man who was in company with another man entered a delicatessen/lunch bar located on San Jacinta Road with their faces covered.

It is alleged one of the men was armed with a machete and a register with cash was stolen from the premises.

The 31-year-old man from Seville Grove is due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court today (8 April), charged with:-

• 2 x Aggravated Armed Robbery;

• 1 x Armed Robbery; and

• 1 x Attempted Robbery.
