Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Shannon Kellow.
The 24-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to comply with the conditions of a court order.
Investigators have released an image of Kellow in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Kellow is described as Caucasian in appearance, 165cm tall with long brown hair and brown eyes.
Kellow is known to frequent Melbourne CBD and Bendigo.
