Shepparton aggravated burglary

Shepparton Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance after an aggravated burglary in Shepparton.

It's understood the offender forced entry into the Ashton Road residence by breaking in the back door about 3.30am on New Year's Day.

Once inside, the offender approached the 33-year-old female victim with a knife.

He then stole car keys and fled on foot.

Victoria Police have released a computer-generated image and cctv footage of a man who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
