Police are appealing for information following a shooting incident in Rockhampton on May 25.
Around 7.55am, emergency services were called to a Reaney Street address in Berserker following reports of a serious assault.
Upon arrival, police located a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the upper chest.
The man was taken to Rockhampton Base Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Police believe this was a targeted incident and there is no further threat to the public.
Police are asking anyone with information, or dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
