Shots fired in home - Wakeley

Police are appealing for information after shots were fired into a home in Wakeley this morning.

About 3.45am (Wednesday 13 March 2019), emergency services were called to a home on Goulburn Place, near Bulls Road, Wakeley, following reports shots had been fired.

Officers from Fairfield Police Area Command established a crime scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The occupants of the home, four adults, and four children aged between two and eight, were uninjured.

Police have been told a vehicle, not further described, fled the scene, in an unknown direction.

The incident is not believed to be targeted.
