Mandurah Detectives would like to speak with anyone in the area of Henson Street in Silver Sands on Sunday 6 March 2022.
Around 2pm, a man was seen acting in a suspicious manner, around the toilet blocks on Henson Street.
A woman is believed to have interacted with the man and detectives would like to speak with this woman, or anyone who was in the area around 2pm.
