The City of Perth in collaboration with Business Foundations hosted the second in a series of small business workshops - Strategic Planning for 2021.
Led by business expert Shelley Walsh, attendees were guided through a step-by-step process for completing a Business Model Canvas. This visual chart is helpful in setting goals and ensuring businesses are prepared for 2021.
The session was an opportunity for attendees to do a deep dive in-to strategic planning for their businesses and meet Business Advisors from Business Foundations and City of Perth staff who manage the Small Business Grant program.
This hands-on workshop covered:
- The step by step process of completing a Business Model Canvas.
- Changes to Job Keeper and how to respond once it ends.
- Strategies on how businesses can get ahead during this time.
- Alternative State and Federal government grants that may be available to businesses.
