South Australia coronovirus update as at - 16 July 2020

The Department of Health has reported two new cases of COVID-19 overnight, bringing the State's total to 646.

Both of the new cases relate to returned overseas travellers who are in hotel quarantine.

There are now 27 active COVID-19 cases in Western Australia. Of those cases 19 are from WA and eight are from interstate.

To date, 610 people have recovered from the virus in WA, following four recoveries overnight

Yesterday 809 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 771 were assessed and 761 were swabbed.

To date there have been 217,288 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 37,373 were from regional WA.
