South Australia coronovirus update as at 21 April 2020

Two people have today tested positive for COVID-19. There has now been a total of 437 cases in South Australia.

Today's cases include a person in their 20s and a person in their 60s.

To date, 376 people have been cleared of COVID-19. There are only 57 active cases in SA.

There have been four reported deaths in SA from COVID-19.

Two people are currently in intensive care at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. A 68-year-old man and a

75-year-old man are both in a critical condition.

SA Pathology has undertaken more than 45,000 tests for COVID-19 so far.

Until 30 April, any South Australian who has a fever or respiratory symptoms consistent with COVID-19, no matter how mild, is encouraged to attend a COVID-19 clinic or their GP, for assessment and testing.
