Over the past 18 months, the Maryborough Sports and Leisure Centre has undergone a series of upgrades to improve accessibility at the facility.
The project delivered:
- New wet area Changing Places Change Room
- Improved car park access – more functional parking plus a designated pedestrian laneway to the Centre
- Improvements to customer service area to make it wheelchair friendly
The $150,000 project has been jointly funded by the Federal Government Community Sport Infrastructure Program, Council and
fundraising by the Maryborough Sports and Leisure Centre.
