Stoney Creek Rd Drainage Works, Temporary Closure

A freshly-built culvert underneath the Jimenbuen Road, a rural gravel road

Stoney Creek Road is closed to through traffic from 7.30am Tuesday 5 May to 5pm Monday 18 May 2026 for essential drainage upgrades, weather permitting. The closure location is approximately three kilometres south of the intersection with Rocky Plain Road (next to the Rocky Plain RFS Shed).

Residents will have access to their properties at all times.

These capital upgrades are part of Council's commitment to maintaining and improving the Snowy Monaro road network for local residents, visitors and businesses.
