ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC:
A persistent tropical low over the central Top End has triggered a line of slow moving thunderstorms overnight in western districts.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Nauiyu.
