ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC:

A tropical low has weakened over the central Northern Territory. The low is slowly moving westwards over the Gregory district, towards the Western Australia border.

Some shower and thunderstorm activity is expected to continue in the region today and tomorrow.

This warning is now cancelled.

144.2 mm was recorded at Cattle Creek in the 24 hours to 9am 3rd February.

108 mm was recorded at Elliott in the 24 hours to 9am 3rd February.
