The National Battlefields Commission
The Plains of Abraham will host the Sun Life Pentathlon des neiges in the heart of Quebec City from February 18 to February 26, 2023. The National Battlefields Commission, which manages the park, is thrilled to welcome this important sporting event that combines fun with competition. This year, the Plains will be represented by Amédée Fournier, a character from the 20th century linked with the history of the area. As vice-president of the Union commerciale's "Amateurs de racquettes" snowshoeing club, Amédée will take part in the Family and Friends Challenge and the Social Integration Challenge on Sunday, February 19, as well as the Motivaction Jeunesse Multicultural Day on Thursday, February 23.
