Swanbourne incidents

Perth Detectives are investigating two incidents that occurred in Swanbourne on Thursday 22 October 2020.

Around 10.20pm victim 1, a woman in her 30s, was in her Ford Falcon sedan in Milyarm Rise when a man approached her vehicle, tapped on the passenger window and asked for directions to Mandurah.

Victim 1 rolled down her window and the man leaned in and stole property that was resting on the front passenger seat.

The man was seen driving east on Alfred Road in a silver 4 door sedan.

He was described as tanned skinned, approx. 25-30 years, solid build, clean shaven, wearing a black cap and a black jumper.

Around 10.20pm victim 2, a woman in her 20s, was alone in her Holden Astra sedan in a restaurant Car Park on Marine Parade.

Prior to driving off two men approached her vehicle and Man One opened the driver's door stealing the victims phone, bag and vehicle keys while Man Two opened the passenger door stealing items from the front passenger seat.

Man One threatened the victim and struck her in the face, before leaving the area in a silver 4 door sedan.

The victim received injuries to her jaw.

Man One is described as dark skinned, in his late 20s with a large build. He was wearing a dark hoody.

Man Two is described as dark skinned, average height, wearing a grey hoody.

The silver sedan is believed to be a 2005 silver Subaru Impreza sedan.

Anyone who witnessed either of these two incidents, saw any suspicious activity in the Swanbourne area on Thursday 22 October or has dash-cam footage of the suspect vehicle (silver 4 door sedan), is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
