Switch To ENotices And Win

Making one simple switch as a Townsville homeowner can give you the chance to win a $250 Visa gift card – and you can do it from the comfort of your home.

Council is encouraging homeowners to switch to eNotices to receive their rates and utilities notice by email.

Acting Mayor Ann-Maree Greaney said the initiative helped Council reduce its carbon footprint while giving residents and homeowners a more convenient option for receiving their rate and utilities notice.

"Gone are the days of needing to wait for the postie to drop your rate and utilities notice in the letterbox. With eNotices you can sign up to get your notice directly in your email inbox, making it more secure and convenient," Cr Greaney said.

"Making the switch is also a great way to be more sustainable, as it means your notice doesn't need to be printed, placed on a truck and sent to your address.

"Making the switch is easy, just jump onto Council's website, fill out your details and we'll do the rest.

"And don't worry – if you've already made the switch to eNotices, you can enter the draw too by filling out the form on Council's website."
