Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tabatha McGregor.
The 48-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court to face arson charges.
McGregor is described as Caucasian, 173cm tall with a solid build with a skull and bones tattoo on her left forearm.
She is known to frequent the Geelong and Bellarine areas.
Investigators have released an image of McGregor in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on her current whereabouts.
