A teenager and a boy will face court following an alleged assault in Sydney's West.
About 5pm on Monday (27 April 2026), emergency services were called to Blacktown Railway Station following reports of an assault.
On arrival, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command located a 16-year-old boy who had allegedly been assaulted by four males.
The boy was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics for a head injury before being taken to Westmead Children's Hospital in a serious condition.
Following inquiries, police attended a shopping centre in Patrick Street, Blacktown, where they arrested two boys aged 15 and 12.
They were taken to Blacktown Police Station where they were both charged with aggravated robbery and use corporal violence.
They were both refused bail to appear before a Children's Court tomorrow, Thursday 30 April 2026
Inquiries are ongoing to identify the two other boys.
