Council advises that the Clarke St and Hoare St intersection in Manunda (near the Salvation Army Church) will be closed tomorrow from 7am to 3pm to allow for the replacement of a water main on Clarke St.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area if possible – traffic control and detours will be in place.
Those residents and businesses requiring access to Clarke St, between Hoare St and Abel St, will be able to use Abel St the intersection with assistance from traffic controllers.
The works will continue at the intersection on Wednesday and Thursday, however only partial road closures will be required on those days.
Please observe and obey traffic controllers and signs advising the changes to normal traffic conditions. Council appreciates your patience and cooperation during this time.
