Berridale Pool opens early this year on Monday 13 October 2025. The earlier season start date will enable Berridale Pool to accommodate term four school swimming programs while Cooma Pool remains closed for upgrades.
School bookings are available now through Council's online booking portal. Timeslots are available from 9am on weekdays for all school swimming programs and school-based swimming lessons.

Cooma Festival Swimming Pool is on-track to reopen by late November or early December 2025, as work continues on major upgrades to the facility funded by the NSW Government.
Important note for schools and parents
Berridale Pool has a smaller, slower water-heating system than Cooma Pool.
Water temperatures at Berridale Pool will be significantly cooler than Cooma Pool on cold mornings and early in the swimming season.
