The Northern Territory Training Awards recognise the best and brightest in vocational education and training (VET) including individuals, businesses and organisations.
2022 sees the awards in their 67th year of showcasing Territory business and the training sector.
This years finalists represent a wide range of industries including: beauty services, business, community services, construction, electro technology, engineering, fitness, health and retail.
Nominations were received from across the Territory including Darwin, Nhulunbuy, Yirrkala, Alice Springs and Batchelor.
The Northern Territory Training Awards celebrate the achievements of Territorians in the VET sector and recognise the outstanding contribution made by our local trainees, apprentices, employers and training providers.
VET plays an important role in future proofing our workforce and helping develop our local capacity, enabling Territory businesses to adapt and grow.
Developing a strong local workforce means local business can take advantage of new opportunities and support the economic development of the Northern Territory.
Winners will be announced at the gala awards dinner on Saturday 3 September, in Darwin.

NT winners in eligible categories progress to the national Australian Training Awards being held in Adelaide on Friday 18 November.
Last year the Northern Territory won two national awards: the Apprentice of the Year and Small Training Provider of the Year.
