There are 120 staff working across the testing locations in Shepparton and Mooroopna today. Please be patient with those working at the testing stations. They are working as hard as they can to keep the waiting times to a minimum.
There are four drive-through locations with a total of 12 lanes open. There are two walk-in sites with six testing bays open.
Please keep an eye on the Goulburn Valley Health and Matt Sharp - GV Health Chief Executive Facebook pages for regular updates regarding waiting times. The testing sites will remain open until at least 8:00pm today and will be extended if required to meet the demand.
Your cooperation is appreciated to make the testing process on that day as smooth as possible and keep waiting times to a minimum for everyone. You don't have to arrive at the commencement times that have been advertised and a staggered time of arrival is suggested during the morning and afternoon sessions to give the sites the best chance of providing good flow.
Students and staff of schools requiring testing are asked to attend during the following times at any testing location:
- St Mel's Primary School to attend 8am-1pm
- Bouchier Street Primary School to attend 8am-1pm
- GSSC McGuire & Wanganui Campus - Years 7, 8 & 9 to attend 8am-1pm
- GSSC McGuire & Wanganui Campus - Years 10, 11 & 12 to attend 1pm-closing time
- Notre Dame College Knight St Campus Years 7, 8, 10, 11 & 12 to attend 1pm-closing time
- If parent/guardians have children in multiple year levels, then they can attend at the time allocated to the youngest child's year level.
