Theft Appeal, Aitkenvale

Police are appealing for information following the theft of valuables from Aitkenvale between 22 February and 1 March.

Initial investigations indicate an unknown person gained access to an address on Kelso Street by breaking a window.

On 1 March, the homeowner discovered several items had been stolen including a Governor General Military Medal, military dagger, engraved commemorative sword and embellished western wear chaps.

The items are highly distinguishable, making them difficult to conceal or sell.

Anyone with information relating to the items, or dash cam/CCTV vision of Kelso Street between 22 February and 1 March, are urged to contact police.
