Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Echuca man Thomas Johnson.
The 28-year-old is wanted on warrants for traffic-related matters and allegedly ramming a police car on Ogilvie Avenue in Echuca about 8am today.
He is known to frequent the Echuca and Mooroopna areas.
Investigators have released an image of Johnson in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone who has dash cam footage or saw a black Mercedes sedan driving in the Ogilvie Avenue area between 8-8.15am today.
