State Traffic Investigation Officers have charged a man following an incident in Bassendean on Wednesday, 7 October 2020.
At 4.10pm it is alleged the man, driving a Holden Commodore, was detected travelling at 72kph in a 50kph zone by a speed camera situated on Grey Street, near Shalford Street.
The man returned to the speed camera operator's location and threatened him.
The operator was not injured.
The 41-year-old Belmont man will appear in Midland Magistrate Court on 8 December 2020 charged with Made a threat to unlawfully do an act.
