Two men and a teenage boy have been charged by officers from Task Force Falcon.
About 6.40pm yesterday (Saturday 18 April 2026), officers attached to Task Force Falcon arrested three males aged 17, 20 and 22 at Granville Police Station.
It will be alleged the 17-year-old, and 22-year-old males were involved in the targeted firebombing of a car in the driveway of a home on Dudley Street, Guildford, about 11.10pm on Saturday 15 February 2025.
On Sunday 16 February 2025 about 3.30am police will allege that the 20-year-old and 22-year-old men assisted in the firebombing of a home in Salisbury Road, Guildford, where a car and the front of the home sustained minor damage.
Police will allege that the incident in Salisbury Road was a case of mistaken identity.
In both fire bombings several other unknown males were also involved.
As part of ongoing investigations police executed a search warrant at the home of the males in Guildford on Wednesday 26 November 2025 where a number of items were seized.
No arrests were made at that time.
Inquiries later established that the 17-year-old was allegedly in possession of a firearm.
It will be alleged by police that the males are all part of an organised crime network.
The 17-year-old was charged with five offences including:
- Destroy etc property in company use fire etc
- Knowingly deal with proceeds of crime
- Participate criminal group contribute criminal activity
- Possess unauthorised pistol (two counts)
He was refused bail to appear at a children's court today (Sunday 19 April 2026).
The 20-year-old man was charged with:
- Knowingly direct activities of criminal group
- Knowingly deal with proceeds of crime
- Recruit child to carry out/assist criminal activity
- Recruit other to assist in carrying out criminal activity
- Destroy etc property in company use fire (two counts)
The other man was charged with destroy etc property in company use fire and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
The two men were also refused bail to appear at Bail Division Court 6 today (Sunday 19 April 2026).
Investigations under Task Force Falcon are ongoing.
