NT Government

9 March 2023

The Northern Territory is being promoted as a key tourism destination in Singapore this week as part of the Northern Territory Government's Singapore tourism trade mission.

Hosted by the Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade, the delegation included Tourism NT, Tourism Top End and 10 NT tourism and hospitality operators including Royal Flying Doctor Service Tourist Facility, Kakadu Air and Accor's Mercure Darwin and Novotel Darwin Airport Resorts.

In Singapore yesterday, the NT tourism delegation met with 40 Singaporean key distribution partners including product managers and travel agents as well as Singapore based media who promoted the visit and the NT to the Singaporean market.

The Singapore tourism trade mission face-to-face trade event was an opportunity for NT tourism businesses to connect, build relationships and educate key distribution partners on the Northern Territory as a key destination for holiday visitors with its close proximity to Singapore.

Tourism NT has trade campaigns with key distribution partners currently in market in Singapore promoting the Northern Territory as Different in every sense.
