Key visual

Toyota City, Japan, December 18, 2025―The TOYOTA GROUP will open THE MOVEUM YOKOHAMA by TOYOTA GROUP ("THE MOVEUM YOKOHAMA"), an immersive museum offering hands-on cultural experiences and inspiring moments of learning, from December 20, 2025 to March 31, 2026 at Yamashita Pier Shed No. 4, Yokohama, Kanagawa.

THE MOVEUM YOKOHAMA will feature immersive art surrounded by audiovisual materials in a massive space measuring nearly 1,800 square meters, where visitors can experience a sense of unity by becoming a part of the artwork or relive the artist's perspective. The opening will feature two artworks: Fin de Siècle Vienna: The Golden Age of Beauty, depicting the tumultuous works of turn-of-the-century Viennese artists from Gustav Klimt to Egon Schiele, and ONE MOMENT, a new series from LISTEN. allowing visitors to experience the world through beautiful images and sounds.

Please visit the official website ( https://global.toyota/info/themoveum/ ) for more details and ticket information.

Klimt's depictions of the essential themes of humanity―life, love, gold, and death―invite visitors on a sensory journey through five concepts where music, color, movement, and spatial design converge. Experience Klimt's world, a new endeavor that transcends conceptual understanding and appeals to intuition and emotion, reinterpreted as a symphony of resonating narratives.

This special section presents the world of Expressionism, visualizing the inner anxieties of Vienna's tumultuous turn-of-the-century era, centered on the works of Egon Schiele. Journey through Schiele's unique works filled with tension and solitude.

Dialogue with his contemporaries unravels the aesthetic lineage connecting him to Klimt.

In the Mirror Room located behind the back wall, you can enjoy a more personal immersive experience through the mirrored surfaces installed on the exterior walls.

The LISTEN. Project has traveled to 26 countries over the course of 10 years, capturing on film treasures of sound that we hope to pass on to the future.

Rhythms of the horse-riding people that connected the East and West. Melodies of nomadic people, minstrels, festivals of song that unite hearts, and soulful dances passed down from generation to generation.

Following paths where cultures have crossed, these films journey through sounds that nurture life.
