Traffic lights are down at the intersection of Andersons Bay Road and Caversham Valley Road, following a crash earlier this morning.
A car crashed into a traffic light around 4:05am.
The driver was uninjured but the lights are expected to be out for several hours.
Traffic management will be in place to direct motorists but people should expect delays.
