Trio charged after death of man in Swan Hill

Detectives from Swan Hill Crime Investigation Unit have charged three men following the death of a man in Swan Hill earlier this year.

A 20-year old Swan Hill man died following an alleged brawl at the licensed premises on Campbell Street about 1.15am on 19 January.

A 41-year-old Swan Hill man has been charged with one count of common law assault, assault by kicking and affray.

A 45-year-old Tyntynder man has been charged with one count of affray.

The third man, a 22-year-old Swan Hill man has been charged with recklessly cause injury, unlawful assault and affray.

All three men will appear at Swan Hill Magistrates Court on 22 October.
