Detectives from Moorabbin Criminal Investigation Unit have now charged three people following a Bentleigh carjacking and Eastlink collision on 15 August.
A 19-year-old Pakenham man has been charged with multiple offences including aggravated carjacking, armed robbery, theft of motor vehicle, reckless conduct endangering life and drive in a manner dangerous.
He has been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 9 November.
A 21-year-old Clayton man alleged to be a passenger in a Porsche has been charged with multiple offences including aggravated carjacking, unlawful assault and reckless conduct endangering serious injury.

An 18-year-old Silvan woman also alleged to be a passenger has been charged with aggravated carjacking, armed robbery and theft of motor vehicle.

The charges relate to the alleged theft of a white Porsche from a 44-year-old woman as she was reversing out of her driveway and confronted by a group of offenders, one armed with a large kitchen knife.
They took off in the Porsche as the owner fell to the ground and sustained a minor injury.
The Porsche was spotted by officers speeding with its headlights off inbound on Eastlink about 2.10am yesterday.
Officers attempted to intercept the vehicle, but it failed to pull over and a pursuit was called.
The Porsche continued to drive through the Melba Tunnel, towards a roadworks closure on the Eastern Freeway at Springvale Road.
The pursuit was called off before the allegedly stolen vehicle u-turned, just prior to the roadworks, and travelled into oncoming traffic where it collided with a van.
The driver and sole occupant of the van, a 51-year-old from the Yarra Ranges area, was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening-injuries.
The alleged driver of the Porsche, a 19-year-old Pakenham man, needed to be extracted from the vehicle and was transported to hospital with serious injuries where he remains under police guard.
The second passenger, an 18-year-old Silvan woman was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
